Hasta Kalā is a small independent label run by Radha Bahl. This page explains what information the website may receive and how it is used.
Information you choose to send
When you make an enquiry, you may provide your name, email address, area of interest and message. This information is used only to reply, discuss an order or collaboration, and maintain any correspondence needed to fulfil that request.
How the enquiry form works
On the Netlify deployment, enquiry information is processed by Netlify Forms and delivered to Hasta Kalā. If a different secure form endpoint is configured, that service processes the submission instead. During local development, the form opens your own email application and your message is sent by your email provider. You can always email radhabahl22@gmail.com directly instead.
Cookies and analytics
This version of the website does not set advertising cookies and does not include analytics or behavioural tracking. If that changes, this notice should be updated before those tools are enabled.

Links to Amazon and WhatsApp open services operated by other companies. Their own privacy terms apply once you leave this website.
Retention and requests
Enquiry details are kept only for as long as they are useful for the conversation, order, record-keeping or legal obligations. To ask what information is held, request a correction, or ask for deletion where applicable, email radhabahl22@gmail.com.
